Pre-install Inspection & Pressure Gauge Mounting

    Step1: Pre-check
Verify the port specification is either 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch before assembly. Double-check that the marked air flow direction from inlet to outlet aligns perfectly with your whole gas pipeline system. Examine every threaded joint surface thoroughly to guarantee no dirt, rust or scratch damage exists. Prepare matching thread sealant in advance so that tight, airtight sealing performance can be reached once you start formal installation work.
    Step2: Install the Pressure Gauge
Take the pressure gauge and screw it onto the dedicated gauge port of the main unit steadily. Rotate the fitting clockwise until the threaded connection is fully tightened with proper torque. After finishing assembly, inspect the joint carefully to eliminate any hidden air leakage risks. Do not apply excessive force during tightening to avoid damaging the thread structure and ensure stable pressure reading during long-term equipment operation.

Pressure Regulator & T-branch Connector Assembly

    Step3: Install the Pressure Regulator

Mount the pressure regulator component onto the designated position of the air purification unit according to the structural drawing. Pay close attention to the air flow arrow printed on the housing and strictly follow the IN to OUT passage direction. Wrong installation direction will disrupt air pressure adjustment and reduce purification efficiency. Adjust the fitting tightness moderately to keep stable connection without thread deformation or cracking.

    Step4: Install the Branch Connector

Prepare the T-shaped branch connector and align its three ports with corresponding pipeline interfaces accurately. Push each connector section fully into the matching socket until it reaches the complete seated position without gaps. Tighten all locking nuts firmly with a standard wrench to prevent loosening under fluctuating compressed air pressure. Check every joint again to make sure no displacement or loose connection appears after installation.

Silica Gel Filling & Mounting Bracket Installation

    Step5: Fill the Silica Gel

Unscrew the hexagon head fastener to detach the bottom protective cover of the drying cylinder. Pour yellow silica gel desiccant into the cylinder slowly and observe the filling height via the transparent viewing window. Stop adding material before reaching the max fill limit to leave expansion space. Reattach the bottom cover afterward and lock the hex screw tightly to stop air bypass and moisture penetration.

    Step6: Install the Mounting Bracket
Fix the metal mounting bracket onto the side of the air treatment unit by aligning its reserved mounting holes. Fasten all matching bolts with uniform torque to make the bracket cling closely to the equipment surface without wobble. Confirm the bracket bears the whole unit’s weight evenly after installation. Stable bracket fixation avoids vibration-induced joint leakage during continuous compressed air supply.
