    General Application

    The NANPU sub-micronic compressed air filtration system is engineered to eliminate aqueous condensates, hydrocarbon aerosols, and submicron particulate matter (≥0.01 μm) from pneumatic supply lines. When deployed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, this system guarantees ISO 8573-1 Class 1 compliant air purity (oil content ≤0.01 mg/m³) for mission-critical industrial processes requiring anhydrous, contaminant-free airflow.

    Optimal filtration efficacy is achieved through proximal installation of the coalescing unit relative to the application terminus. This configuration minimizes post-generation condensation phenomena and mitigates downstream particulate ingress accumulated during pneumatic distribution, thereby ensuring ISO 8573-1 Class 0 air purity (≤0.01 mg/m³ oil aerosol concentration) for precision industrial processes.
