    1.Preparation
All calibration modules must adhere to the designated maximum flow capacity.
Before fitting, ports and connectors should be thoroughly cleansed to efficiently preclude contaminants from penetrating the air pathway.
Confirm that airflow orientation corresponds with the directional indicators on the product enclosure, and validate that port dimensions and thread specifications are properly compatible.

    2. Pressure Adjustment
Raise the pressure gauge dial and commence rotation:
Clockwise turning will generate a consistent, uniform pressure elevation, while counterclockwise turning will produce a proportional reduction.
Halt rotation once the target pressure is attained, then securely fasten the dial. Insufficient locking of the dial may precipitate leakage problems, undermining system stability.

    3. Dial Reading
5-Micron Brass Filter Element: Exhibits outstanding filtration efficacy, augmented durability, and repeated reusability.
0.5 and 0.01-Micron Filter Elements: Efficiently capture microscopic impurities.
The drainage column integrates an automatic mechanism: it activates to expel contents at zero pressure and seals during airflow. When the water level surpasses the pre-established maximum threshold, immediate drainage is imperative; otherwise, dehumidification performance will notably decline.

    4.Drainage
The drainage column is outfitted with an automated mechanism: it disengages to expel accumulated matter under zero pressure and seals securely during airflow. When the water level meets or exceeds the permissible maximum, immediate drainage is critical; neglect thereof will induce diminished dehumidification efficacy.
The coupling on the drain head functions as a standardized interface for air hoses, facilitating straightforward disconnection per specific operational demands or system configurations.

    Notice

Employ a calibrated torque wrench to secure connectors to the specified torque rating, ensuring leak tightness. During initial system commissioning, an air discharge phenomenon may occur: this is not a leak but arises from internal-external pressure disparity, requiring expulsion of surplus air. In such instances, permit the system to stabilize for a suitable interval, following which it will function as engineered.
