    Installation and Operating

    1. Preparation

All calibration assemblies must comply with the maximum flow rate specification.

Prior to installation, meticulously clean the ports and fittings to effectively prevent dust ingress into the air pathway.

Verify that the air flow direction aligns with the arrow markings on the product body, and ensure that the port and thread dimensions are properly matched.

    2. Pressure Adjustment

Elevate the pressure gauge knob and perform the rotation. A clockwise rotation will lead to a gradual and consistent increase in pressure, while a counterclockwise rotation will cause the pressure to decrease. Once the desired pressure value is achieved, cease rotation and securely fasten the knob. Failure to properly lock the knob may result in potential leakage issues, thereby undermining the system's integrity.

    3. Dial Reading

5-Micron Brass Filter Element: Exhibits superior filtration capabilities, extended operational lifespan, and reusability.

0.5 and 0.01-Micron Filter Elements: Efficiently remove minute impurities.

The drainage column features an automated actuation mechanism. It opens to discharge when pressure is not present and seals upon the passage of airflow. When the water level exceeds the designated upper limit, immediate drainage is required; otherwise, dehumidification efficiency will be significantly impaired.

    4. Drainage

The drainage column is designed with an automatic operation mechanism. In the absence of pressure, it will open to discharge accumulated substances and close when air is flowing through. When the water level reaches or exceeds the upper - set limit, prompt drainage is essential; otherwise, it will lead to substandard dehumidification performance.

The fitting on the drain head serves as a connection interface for air hoses and can be detached as per specific operational requirements or system configurations.

    Notice

Employ a suitable wrench to torque the fittings to the recommended specification to prevent leakage. During the initial installation, an air - release phenomenon may occur. This is not a leak; instead, it is a result of the pressure disparity between the interior and exterior, requiring the expulsion of excess air. In such instances, allow the system sufficient time to reach equilibrium, after which it will function optimally.
