    Installation and Operating

    1. Preparation

All calibration units must comply with the maximum flow rate specification. Before installation, fully sterilize the ports and connectors to prevent particles from penetrating the air passage. Verify that the air flow direction aligns with the arrow indicators on the assembly, and confirm that the port and thread sizes are correctly matched.

    2. Pressure Adjustment

Raise the pressure gauge dial and commence rotation. A clockwise turn will cause a gradual pressure elevation, while a counterclockwise turn will bring about a reduction. Once the target pressure reading is achieved, stop rotating and firmly lock the dial. Improper locking of the dial may induce potential air leakage issues.

    3. Dial Reading

5-Micron Brass Filter Element: Delivers superior filtration performance, improved durability, and is engineered for repeated utilization.0.5 & 0.01-Micron Filter Elements: Effectively remove micro-impurities from the fluid flow. The drain column operates automatically. It initiates discharge in the absence of pressure and seals tightly during air circulation. When the water level exceeds the designated maximum, prompt draining is compulsory; neglecting this will lead to reduced dehumidification efficiency.

    4. Drainage

The drain column is equipped with an auto-control system. It opens to discharge residues when pressure is absent and shuts as air circulates. When the water level exceeds the preset upper threshold, immediate draining is mandatory; otherwise, dehumidification efficiency will be severely compromised. The connector on the drain assembly serves as an interface for air hoses and can be detached per specific operational needs.

    Notice

Employ a suitable wrench to fasten all connections securely and avoid leakage. Upon initial setup, air might escape. This is not a leak but results from the internal-external pressure differential, requiring the release of excess air. In such cases, allow the system adequate time to equalize, and it will function correctly afterward.
