1. Preparation
All calibration modules must conform to the maximum flow rate criterion. Before installation, thoroughly disinfect the ports and fittings to halt particles from permeating the air duct.Ascertain that the air flow direction accords with the arrow markers on the assembly, and confirm that the port and thread dimensions are properly matched.
2. Pressure Adjustment
Raise the pressure gauge dial and initiate turning. A clockwise turn will cause a gradual pressure rise, while a counterclockwise turn will bring about a reduction. Once the target pressure reading is attained, stop turning and securely fasten the dial. Improper securing of the dial may induce potential air leakage problems.

3. Dial Reading
5-Micron Brass Filter Element: Delivers exceptional filtration performance, enhanced durability, and is engineered for repeated use.0.5 & 0.01-Micron Filter Elements: Effectively eliminate micro-impurities from the fluid flow. The drain column functions automatically. It activates discharge in the absence of pressure and closes tightly during air circulation. When the water level surpasses the designated maximum, prompt draining is mandatory; neglecting this will result in reduced dehumidification efficiency.
4. Drainage
The drain column is equipped with an auto-control system. It opens to discharge residues when pressure is absent and shuts as air circulates. When the water level exceeds the preset upper threshold, immediate draining is mandatory; otherwise, dehumidification efficiency will be severely compromised. The connector on the drain assembly serves as a junction for air hoses and can be removed per specific operational needs.

Employ a suitable wrench to fasten all connections firmly and avoid leakage. Upon initial setup, air might escape. This is not a leak but results from the internal-external pressure differential, requiring the release of surplus air. In such cases, grant the system adequate time to equalize, and it will function correctly afterward.
