AC5000-06/AC5000-10M F.R.L.Combination Air Filter, Regulator & Lubricator

The Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator (FRL) consists of three integral parts. The filter is designed to remove most liquid and solid impurities from the compressed air supply. The pressure - reducing regulator functions to control the outlet pressure accurately. The lubricator provides lubricant to pneumatic equipment, thus enhancing their service life.

     Installation and Operating

    1.Preparation
    Every calibration unit shall meet the maximum flow rate standard. Prior to installation, thoroughly cleanse all openings and adapters to prevent impurities from entering the air loop. Confirm that the air flow direction aligns precisely with the arrow indicators on the product casing, and verify that opening and thread sizes are correctly matched.

    2. Pressure Adjustment
    Lift the pressure gauge dial and start rotating: Twisting it clockwise will steadily raise the pressure evenly, while turning it counterclockwise will reduce it. Stop rotating once the target pressure reading is reached and press the dial tightly. Non-adherence may lead to pressure leakage problems.

    3. Dial Reading
    Confirm the pressure gauge is firmly attached to the main frame. During pressure adjustment, closely observe the gauge to verify that the readings vary steadily.

    4.Drainage 
    The drain valve functions automatically. In the absence of pressure, it will open to expel moisture, and it will seal tightly as air passes through. Once the water level reaches or exceeds the permissible maximum, immediate draining is required; ignoring this will lead to reduced dehumidification efficiency. The adapter on the drain unit is engineered for connecting an air hose and can be readily detached according to specific operational demands.

    Oil Adjustment and Refueling

    5.Oil Adjustment 

    Twist the needle valve clockwise to raise the oil delivery rate. Conversely, turning the needle valve counterclockwise will decrease the oil delivery rate or stop it entirely.

    6. Refueling

    Twist the filling bolt clockwise. The oil fill volume shall not exceed 80% of the reservoir’s capacity. Upon finishing the refueling process, firmly fasten the filling bolt.
