Installation and Operating
1.Preparation
Every calibration assembly shall satisfy the maximum flow rate specification. Prior to mounting, thoroughly clean all ports and connectors to prevent contaminants from entering the air circuit. Verify that the air flow direction corresponds exactly to the arrow markers on the product housing, and confirm that port and thread dimensions are properly matched.
2. Pressure Adjustment
Raise the pressure gauge dial and begin rotating: Turning it clockwise will steadily increase the pressure uniformly, while rotating it counterclockwise will lower it. Cease turning once the target pressure reading is achieved and press the dial firmly. Non-compliance may result in pressure leakage issues.

Pressure Adjustment and Drainage
3. Dial Reading
Guarantee the pressure gauge is firmly attached to the main framework. When adjusting the pressure, closely observe the gauge to confirm that the readings vary steadily.
4.Drainage
The drain valve functions autonomously. When pressure is lacking, it will unlock to expel moisture, and it will seal snugly as air passes through. Once the water level hits or surpasses the permissible maximum, prompt draining is mandatory; ignoring this will lead to reduced dehumidification efficiency. The fitting on the drain assembly is engineered for connecting an air hose and can be readily disconnected according to specific operational needs.

Oil Adjustment and Refueling
5.Oil Adjustment
Rotate the needle valve clockwise to increase the oil supply rate. Conversely, turning the needle valve counterclockwise will reduce the oil supply rate or halt it entirely.
6. Refueling
Rotate the filling bolt clockwise. The oil fill quantity shall not exceed 80% of the reservoir’s capacity. Upon completing the refueling process, securely fasten the filling bolt.
