Installation and Operating
1.Preparation
Each calibration unit must satisfy the peak flow rate requirement. Before installation, fully clean all openings and fittings to avoid debris from entering the air pathway. Confirm the air flow direction matches precisely with the arrow indicators on the product casing, and verify that port and thread sizes are correctly compatible.
2. Pressure Adjustment
Lift the pressure gauge knob and start turning: Rotating it clockwise will gradually raise the pressure evenly, while rotating it counterclockwise will lower it. Stop turning once reaching the target pressure value and press the knob tightly. Failure to comply may cause pressure leakage problems.

3. Dial Reading
Guarantee the pressure gauge is securely fastened to the main framework. When adjusting the pressure, closely monitor the gauge to confirm that the readings vary steadily.
4.Drainage
The drain valve operates autonomously. When pressure is lacking, it will open to expel moisture, and it will seal tightly as air passes through. Once the water level hits or surpasses the permissible maximum, prompt draining is required; ignoring this will lead to reduced dehumidification efficiency. The fitting on the drain assembly is designed for connecting an air hose and can be readily disconnected according to specific operational needs.

Oil Adjustment and Refueling
5. Oil Adjustment
Turn the needle valve clockwise to increase the oil feed rate. On the contrary, rotating the needle valve counterclockwise will reduce the oil feed rate or stop it completely.
6. Refueling
Turn the filling bolt clockwise. The amount of oil added must not exceed 80% of the tank’s volume. After finishing the refueling procedure, securely tighten the filling bolt.
