1. Preparation
The configuration and assembly of all calibration components must be in strict accordance with the maximum flow rate requirements to ensure optimal system performance.
2. Pressure Adjustment
To adjust the pressure, first, pull up the knob of the pressure gauge. Then, proceed with the rotation as follows:
When performing a clockwise rotation of the knob, the pressure within the system will increase in a gradual and steady manner. Conversely, a counterclockwise rotation of the knob will result in a decrease in pressure.
Once the desired pressure index has been achieved, immediately cease turning the knob. Subsequently, lock down the knob firmly. It is of utmost importance to complete this locking step. Failure to do so may lead to potential leakage issues within the system, which could compromise its performance and safety.

3. Dial Reading
Ensure that the pressure gauge is securely and firmly mounted on the main body of the equipment. During the process of pressure adjustment, it is essential to closely monitor the dial of the pressure gauge. Pay meticulous attention to the smoothness of the reading changes, specifically observing whether the pressure values rise and fall in a consistent and unobstructed manner. Any irregularities or sudden jumps in the reading should be promptly investigated and addressed to ensure accurate pressure measurement and the proper functioning of the system.
4. Drainage
The drainage column is designed with an automatic drainage mechanism. In the absence of pressure within the system, the drainage column will automatically expel accumulated liquids. Conversely, during the passage of the air flow, the drainage column will close to prevent the escape of compressed air.
It is crucial to monitor the water level within the drainage system. When the water level exceeds the upper limit, immediate drainage is required. Failure to do so may lead to suboptimal dehumidification performance, potentially compromising the quality of the compressed air and the overall functionality of the equipment.
The fitting located on the drain head is intended for connecting an air hose. This fitting provides flexibility in the drainage setup, allowing users to connect the appropriate hose for efficient liquid removal. Additionally, users have the option to remove the fitting freely based on their specific operational requirements, providing adaptability in different installation and usage scenarios.

5. Oil Adjustment
To increase the oil absorption rate, rotate the needle valve in the positive ("+") direction. Conversely, rotating the needle valve in the negative ("-") direction will cause the oil absorption speed to decelerate and may ultimately lead to its cessation.
6. Refueling
Rotate the refueling screw in a clockwise direction. When adding oil, ensure that the volume of oil does not surpass 80% of the capacity of the oil bowl. Upon completion of the refueling process, it is essential to securely tighten the refueling screw to prevent any potential oil leakage and to maintain the integrity of the lubrication system.
