Installation and Operating
1.Preparation
Every calibration module must satisfy the maximum flow rate specification.Prior to mounting, thoroughly clean all ports and connectors to prevent dust from penetrating the air circuit.Ensure the air flow direction corresponds exactly with the arrow markers on the product housing, and verify that port and thread dimensions are properly matched.
2. Pressure Adjustment
Elevate the pressure gauge knob and initiate rotation:Rotating it clockwise will steadily augment the pressure uniformly, while rotating it counterclockwise will diminish it.Cease rotation upon attaining the target pressure level and depress the knob firmly. Non-compliance may induce pressure leakage issues.

Pressure Adjustment and Drainage
3. Dial Reading
Ensure the pressure gauge is securely fastened to the main structure. When modifying the pressure, closely monitor the gauge to verify that the readings fluctuate smoothly.
4.Drainage
The drainage valve operates automatically. When pressure is absent, it will unlock to discharge moisture, and it will seal tightly as air flows through. Once the water level reaches or exceeds the allowable maximum, immediate draining is imperative; neglecting this will result in diminished dehumidification performance. The connector on the drainage assembly is designed for attaching an air hose and can be easily detached based on specific operational requirements.

Oil Adjustment and Refueling
5. Oil Adjustment
Rotate the needle valve clockwise to elevate the oil uptake speed. On the contrary, turning the needle valve counterclockwise will lower the oil uptake speed or bring it to a complete stop.
6. Refueling
Turn the filling screw in a clockwise manner. The amount of oil introduced must not surpass 80% of the container's capacity. After the refilling process is finished, firmly fasten the filling screw.
