AC2000-02M F.R.L.Combination Air Filter, Regulator & Lubricator

The Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator (FRL) consists of three integral parts. The filter is designed to remove most liquid and solid impurities from the compressed air supply. The pressure - reducing regulator functions to control the outlet pressure accurately. The lubricator provides lubricant to pneumatic equipment, thus enhancing their service life.

     Installation and Operating

    1.Preparation
    Each calibration module shall meet the maximum flow rate requirement. Before installation, fully sanitize all ports and connectors to avoid dust ingress into the air circuit. Confirm the air flow direction aligns precisely with the arrow indicators on the product casing, and validate that port and thread sizes are correctly paired.

    2. Pressure Adjustment
    Pressure AdjustmentLift the pressure gauge knob and commence rotation: Turning it clockwise will gradually boost the pressure evenly, while rotating it counterclockwise will reduce it. Halt rotation once reaching the target pressure level and press the knob firmly. Non-adherence may trigger pressure leakage problems.

    3. Dial Reading
    Confirm the pressure gauge is firmly attached to the main framework. When adjusting the pressure, closely observe the gauge to ensure the readings vary steadily.

    4.Drainage 
    The drain valve functions automatically. When pressure is lacking, it will unlock to expel moisture, and it will seal tightly as air passes through. Once the water level meets or surpasses the permissible maximum, prompt draining is mandatory; ignoring this will lead to reduced dehumidification efficiency. The fitting on the drain assembly is engineered for connecting an air hose and can be readily disconnected according to specific operational needs.

    Oil Adjustment and Refueling

    5. Oil Adjustment

    Turn the needle valve clockwise to boost the oil feed rate. Conversely, rotating the needle valve counterclockwise will decrease the oil feed rate or stop it completely.

    6. Refueling

    Turn the filler screw clockwise. The amount of oil injected must not surpass 80% of the container’s volume. After finishing the refueling procedure, firmly fasten the filler screw.
